"Open source started it and the world is following"can describe many phenomena; it certainly describes remote working. What lessons can we learn from Mozilla when it comes to wrangling groups of contributors across geographies, cultures, skill sets and a number of other diverse characteristics?Diane has worked with developers in a variety of capacities: as a recruiter, a product manager at Schwab and for various startups, and as Program Manager at Mozilla building out both its developer startup program, webfwd as well as wrangling the developer relations team. She appreciates her video camera and its ability to bridge gaps of time and space and wants to take the "hate" out of the common love-hate relationship many have with remote working.
